working out production work

Between 2014 and today I have been general manager for Øyteateret (The Island Theatre). Unschooled in production and management I´ve had a steep learning curve, working out the planning of projects, casting, funding and promotion.  During this period I have been responsible for the companies funding, starting from zero, I have built up a yearly income on the councils budget, as well as funding for each individual budget. Its been exiting work, and I think production is an undervalued role within theatre.
